De unit kan direct gemonteerd worden aan de wand van een watersilo. Het systeem circuleert over de silo om het zuurstofniveau te verhogen. Dit gebeurt door een speciale silo-mengtechniek, waardoor de gehele silo binnen enkele momenten volledig behandeld is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V<\/strong>acuum <strong>P<\/strong>ressure <strong>O<\/strong>xygen <strong>D<\/strong>issolving &gt;<strong>VPOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Hoe werkt de Triton?<\/h3>\n<p>De Triton is voorzien van een RVS pomp die water aanzuigt vanuit de silo en onder hoge druk door de VPOD reactor perst. Het zuurstofrijke water met nanobubbles wordt vervolgens teruggepompt in de silo om via de speciale silo mengtechniek de gehele silo in korte tijd te behandelen.<\/p>\n<p>Het Triton systeem is samengebouwd op een montagepaneel die met bijgeleverde montagebeugels vastgemaakt kan worden aan de buitenwand van een watersilo. De aan- en afvoerleidingen gaan over de rand naar de bodem van de silo. De Triton wordt plug-and-play geleverd inclusief alle montage materialen. De ingebouwde controller van de Triton regelt het VPOD proces en kan op verschillende manieren de zuurstof dosering regelen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Op basis van externe start \/ stop signaal<\/li>\n<li>Op basis van ingebouwde timer<\/li>\n<li>Op basis van optionele oopgeloste zuurstofmeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>De Triton kan het zuurstofniveau in het water verhogen met behulp van buitenlucht of via pure zuurstof uit een zuurstofconcentrator.
